Lumé Tiles are packed 48 per case. Minimum order is one case. A complete Lumé Sample Box contains 20 standard colors in Jewel finish. Please call for availability and pricing.

Studio Tiles are made to order. Lead times vary depending on quantity and colors ordered. Please call for availability and pricing.

Terms are COD on first order. All orders require a signed purchase order or signed order confirmation. 50% deposit is due when placing order. Balance is due on completion of order prior to shipping. Because of the special nature of our product we consider all sales final. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping is FOB Beacon, NY or closest distributor. Please refer to our list of Dealers and Distributors. If we do not have a distributor in your area, please let us know. Small orders are shipped UPS ground. Delivery is 8 to 10 weeks on most orders after deposit is received and confirmed.

Check your order immediately for loss and damage upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. Original container including packing material must be saved for further inspection by the carrier. You must notify the carrier within 7 days of all loss, damages, or shortages.
